What are the minimum and maximum loan amounts?

Easy Street Capital targets loans between $100,000 and $2,000,000.

How long are the loan terms?

It depends on the type of loan, but typically 6-24 months.

Are there minimum credit requirements to obtain a loan?

No, Easy Street Capital is an asset-based lender. This means we lend on the value of the asset, rather than the creditworthiness of the borrower. Typically we do not run credit checks and the borrower’s credit score will not be used to deny or approve a loan application with Easy Street Capital.

What are your terms?

Interest rates range from 10.9%-12.9%, 2-3 points, and a $595 document fee.

What is a point?

A “Point” is a fee on a loan that is incurred at the time of funding. A point is equivalent to 1% of the total loan amount.

How much down payment is required?

This will vary based on the particular loan, but typically the borrower will have to put in a down payment of at least 10%.

What is the maximum LTV (Loan to Value)?

Easy Street Capital determines Loan To Value (LTV) calculations based on our in-house valuation of the property. In most cases the max LTV is 70%.

Will you lend money for the renovation?

Yes.

Do you charge prepayment penalties?

Typically we do not have any prepayment penalties.

How quickly can you close?

Easy Street Capital has full discretion which allows us to fund your loan in as little as 48 hours if all parties are prepared to close.

Do you require insurance?

Yes. Every property we lend on is required to carry title and hazard insurance.
