Draw Requests FAQs

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

You will submit your draw request form with all supporting documents such as invoices and/or receipts to draws@easystreetcap.com.

Easy Street Capital will send a third party inspector to the property to document the improvements that have been noted on the draw request form.

If we are given all of the information we need upfront, we can quickly order the inspection and have your money to you within 3 - 5 business days after you send us your draw request.

You are allowed to take as many draws as necessary but we would like to remind you there is a draw fee for each one to cover inspection costs.

The draw request form is part of the scope of work completed prior to closing. Additional supporting documents can be found here: https://hubs.ly/H0pt5b10
