I was looking to finance a property that didn’t meet the minimum DSCR requirements with other companies, so I couldn’t even get approved—even if I wanted to move forward. My team and I recently had the pleasure of Zach Edelman from Easy Street Capital, and he and his team, Amanda Werth in particular were excellent. We used their DSCR loan program for an investment/ rental home and we turned to Zach after we spent nearly two months with another lender rep that simply promised and did not even know his own guidelines. Given this current high interest rate climate, they were easy to work with until I decided I found reasonable long term funding. Let me praise Stephen King. I had another lender promise a ten to day close and then extended to 20 days the day before closing. I knew who I had to call.
