Competitive interest rates start at 8.90%, 2-3 points, and a $1,995 document fee. Please inquire about custom terms for experienced borrowers.

A “Point” is a fee on a loan that is incurred at the time of funding. A point is equivalent to 1% of the total loan amount.

This will vary based on the particular loan, but typically the borrower will have to put in a down payment of at least 10% for a fix and flip loan.

Easy Street Capital determines Loan To Value (LTV) calculations based on our in-house valuation of the property. In most cases the max LTV is 75% for our EasyFix program.
