Easy Street Capital offers uncapped and unlimited referral fees both to supplement your commissions on closed deals and increase reliability financing will come through at close. You will make 0.50% of the loan amount of each closed loan – a simple handoff (no extra work) – to one of our experienced loan originators. With our average loan size of $500,000 – agents can expect an extra payout of $2,500 per loan.

- Loan Amounts: $75K - $3.5M (Blanket Portfolio Loans up to $5M)
- Rates: Starting at 6.750%
- Geography: Nationwide (except Nevada, North Dakota, South Dakota)
- Property Types: Residential, Short-Term Rental, Vacation Rental up to 10 units
- Occupancy: Long-Term, Medium-Term, or Short-Term Rentals, Vacancy OK (on Acquisitions), no operating history required on STRs
- Loan Structure: 30-Year Fixed Rate Mortgage Loans, Flexible Prepayment Penalties, Partial IO (10-Years) Available, Entities (i.e. LLCs) and partners welcomed
- LTVs: Up to 80% (Acquisitions/Rate-Term Refinances), 75% (Cash-Out Refinances)
- DTI: Not Applicable (We don’t require tax returns or evaluate your personal income or finances when evaluating your application)
- DSCR: 0.75x minimum
