Flip Your Future is open to all Texas residents aged 21 and older. Whether you are interested in becoming an active real estate investor but might have not had the resources available in order to succeed, or if you are just looking to gain more knowledge, expertise, and opportunity in investment real estate, this contest is for you.
This loan has a term of 6 months. The winner will not be responsible for the payment of:
- Any origination fees associated with the funding of the loan
- Any down-payment for the loan
- Any interest during the term of the loan
- Escrow or title fees in connection with the initial closing and funding of the loan
- Regular and customary lender fees associated with the loan for a period of 6 months following the loan
Easy Street will even guide you through the process of the project, including help with property selection and renovation tips. Once the property has been placed on the market and sold, a portion of the profits will be donated to Habitat for Humanity, a nonprofit organization that helps people in need around the world improve or build their home.
